sorry geoffrey. that just seems to be the way with the royal mail over the course of the pandemic. yours was a bigger order sent in a parcel. we sent it first class , tracked and signed for. so i understand your frustration. theres a weekend in there that they royal mail seems to think doesnt exist just now. we considered sending your order in smaller enevelopes, but that might have looked odd. sorry, steve.

The only solution to this was to send you out a new order first class signed for overnight, which has hopefully resolved the situation. Next day delivery at £1:50 from Ireland simply can’t be bettered. Many thanks. An email from me regarding extra filters was replied to within half an hour so, very impressed. Using one per week as suggested could prove quite expensive which is the only drawback. However the mask itself is very well made from a lovely soft material and although any will be warmer than not wearing something over nose and mouth, the valve certainly makes it more tolerable. I bought a blue one and the mauve one and the colours are lovely – subdued and not garish.

sorry Dominic, as you saw with the proof of postage , we actually had your order in the Royal Mail post system for first class delivery before 2pm on the day of your order. The only solution to this was to send you out a new order first class signed for overnight, which has hopefully resolved the situation. Please keep the masks if they arrive or it turns out they were delivered to a neighbours door. Sorry Steve.

Next day delivery at £1:50 from Ireland simply can’t be bettered. Many thanks. An email from me regarding extra filters was replied to within half an hour so, very impressed. Using one per week as suggested could prove quite expensive which is the only drawback. However the mask itself is very well made from a lovely soft material and although any will be warmer than not wearing something over nose and mouth, the valve certainly makes it more tolerable. I bought a blue one and the mauve one and the colours are lovely – subdued and not garish.
